A good little app
I was doing the 7 minute workout prior to buying and using the app but am enjoying having the app now to guide me through the workout. It makes doing the 7 minutes simple and pretty much a no-brainer. The added ticking sound is great.
An important Improvement I would like to see to make this a first class app is a way of adjusting the time clock for those of us who want to make minor adjustments to the timing of the program. Someone starting out, for example, might need a 15 second break. In my case I would like to add 15 seconds or even 30 seconds to some of the exercises that I tend to do more slowly.
Ideally even also including a way to switch up the exercises being as the "7 minute workout" given here is actually an example of a model program not necessarily "the" program. Being able to write in an alternative exercise would be great.
All in all though, it is a useful app. The simplicity, while limiting, also makes it easy to use. Turning on and off the clock as I go is a way of adapting it to my own modifications.
